The Home Court Garage is an expansive custom gymnasium built to support high-performance training and versatile use: a 4,500-sqft athletic space with soaring 16-foot walls, paired with a 1,080-sqft enclosed side shed featuring a bathroom and an additional 1,080-sqft open porch for flexible use. Built on a 4” monolithic concrete slab with laser-screed precision, the structure offers smooth slick finishes indoors and durable brushed finishes on all exterior flatwork. The enclosed areas feature stud framing with ZIP sheathing, an 8/12 scissor-truss roof, and a vaulted gym ceiling accented by cypress window peaks. Full-view garage doors, black Pella windows, standing-seam Galvalume roofing, LED lighting, efficient HVAC, and custom gym flooring complete a space designed for performance, durability, and visual impact.
